I’m a Recruitment Business Partner and Team Leader in the brand-new project – Talent47. I’m responsible for structuring the recruitment processes, mainly dealing with executive projects. My expertise comes from an in-house start-up HR where I was responsible for scaling up teams across the whole organization mainly in the EMEA (IT, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Product).
